Grant writing is an essential part of a diversified revenue plan. Hundreds of millions of dollars are available for Kansas nonprofits, individuals and government entities from foundations and federal sources. The course concentrates on nonprofit and government funding; individuals and for-profit entities should find the same principles apply.
You will learn:
- Sources of data for community needs
- Where to find grants
- Elements of a great grant proposal
- Practicing the grant elements: Problem, Outcome, Activity, Evaluation, Budget
